August 6 – Singapore Lor Mee ( Noodles in Thick Gravy)

We have been regular customers of Wave Cafe for a long while and popped by to try out their Singapore Lor Mee. We were impressed by the generous portion of each bowl. Do you like the idea of savouring fried battered fish, ngoh hiang, braised pork, bean sprout, half braised egg and mouthwatering gravy? It comes with serving of garlic and vinegar as well.

Look at the ingredients. Every bowl is packed with quantity and quality.

Dining in a hotel with such cosy ambience, coupled with this promotional price of $5.10++ is already a steal. What more can we ask for?

August 7 – Prawn Mee Soup

We tried their prawn mee soup, filled with fresh ingredients such as big prawns, pork ribs, kang kong and slices of fish cakes. The highlight of this dish was the 3 big, fresh and juicy prawns.

August 8 and 9 – Singapore Bak Chor Mee ( Minced Meat Noodles) with a small bowl of Fishball soup
