Tucked in a little corner of Joo Chiat Road is a restaurant called Filipino Fiesta that sells authentic Filipino food from all over the Philippines at affordable prices. Yes, you can call it wallet friendly.

We have passed by Filipino Fiesta umpteen times and it was only recently that we decided to give it a try.
One good thing of Filipino Fiesta is that it can cater to the needs of Filipinos staying in this district. Isn’t it good to savour authentic food from your homeland?
As this is our first time trying out Filipino food, we weren’t sure how it would turn out. So, we tried to be “less adventurous” in our orders. A plus of this restaurant is they do not have service charge.
Tocilog (Fried Sweet Pork) served with rice and egg – $7.
Fried Chicken with rice – $8
Sinigang na Baboy (Pork with Tamarind Soup) – $8. We thought the soup was a tad salty. Remember to mix with rice when you eat.
Beef Steak Tagalog (Beef with Soya Sauce & Onion) including rice – $8
Filipino Fiesta restaurant is small and cosy. If you have intentions to hold small scale celebrations such as party, birthdays and other special occasions you can contact 96124306 to enquire.

Thanks for a great review about Filipino fiesta!
