Hi may I ask what is the period you and your family travelled to Taiwan? Is it suitable for first timer like me to travel in Dec16 following your footsteps to those places in your itinerary? It is our first free and easy trip too!

Hi Joanne, thank you for reading my blog! I hope you enjoy the posts and hopefully can “like” my Facebook page. We travelled in late Nov and travelling in Taiwan is easy and convenient. The food are cheaper (with lots more varieties) and these savings can be used for accommodation and transport. Do have an itinerary of what you want to achieve for your trip (food, sightseeing, kids activities etc). Happy planning as well 🙂

Would like to Check with you about transport to move around. Saw your post about nt2500 per day for a driver with Toyota wish . However I’m asking around for about 11 drivers, all of them give me the quote is between $4500/5500. Hence I would like to check how you get such rate. Please pass me the driver contact if you still have . Thanks much .

Hi, we took the public transport most of the time. For the taxi drivers stationed near to the MRT, we did check with them and some of them did offer about NT$2,500 maybe due to the lack of business and they were asking us to hop into their vehicles during that period. So, it varies in the bargaining and whether they are willing to take.
